As I’ve aged, my own journey has highlighted how vitally important it is to look after ones self. Our bodies age, there’s no escaping that. You can choose to put up with growing list of ailments, perhaps an expanding waistline… or you can make some gentle, guided changes to make your life far more enjoyable.
With an array of gyms available there’s ample choice for people to sign up with…That’s all well and good if you’re full of confidence, know what you are doing and don’t worry about people looking at you. I’ve never enjoyed that experience personally.
My gym is a private, well equipped, one to one gym – No monthly subscription, no other people, no excessive noise. Perfect.
