I’m Matthew, a personal trainer based in Glazebrook, Cheshire and I’ve created a private fitness studio designed for people who want to get stronger, healthier, and more confident, without the pressure or noise of a traditional gym.
I’ve never been drawn to mainstream gyms. I prefer things that are personal, focused, and calm and I know I’m not the only one.
I understand how overwhelming loud, high-energy environments can be. Full of people, full of noise…not for me!
As a dad to a wheelchair user, I know how limited access can be.
I grew up in the 1970s, and I understand the aches, doubts, and drop in energy that can come with age.
But I also know, from personal experience, how much life can improve with the right support, the right movement, and a space where you feel safe to start.

Most of the people I work with want to improve their fitness but aren’t sure where to start. Many don’t feel comfortable or welcome in big commercial gyms. Some are dealing with injuries, fatigue, or mobility issues. Others are simply looking to rebuild their confidence and strength, one step at a time.
