THIS ISN'T JUST ABOUT FITNESS, THIS IS ABOUT LIFE...

I created this space for people like me, people who want to take better care of their health and body, but feel overwhelmed, self-conscious, or unsure where to begin. People who value calm, clarity, and personal support, not the pressure to “fit in.”

I’ve never really felt comfortable in places built for the masses. Not in life, not in work, and definitely not in fitness.

The loud music. The crowded rooms. The pressure to look a certain way or to “keep up.” That was never for me.
So when I decided to build a fitness space, I knew it had to feel different, quieter, calmer, more personal. A place where people could take a breath and feel like they belonged.

It had to be real.

A LIFETIME OF LEARNING

I’ve been active my whole life from BMX racing as a European champion in the 80s, to playing American football, Amateur boxing, and coaching others in strength and conditioning and boxing fundamentals. I’m a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, and I’m qualified through England Boxing and the Hatton Academy, among others. I’ve always loved learning how the body moves, what it’s capable of, and how to help others tap into that too.

But I’ve also lived a whole other life outside of fitness. I studied engineering and worked in highly structured environments. That background taught me how to think systematically, how to break things down, how to build from the ground up. That approach still shapes the way I work with clients today. I like to take a measured, tailored, goal-oriented approach. No fluff. Just what works.

inclusive, accessible, intentional

Being autistic means I experience the world a little differently, especially when it comes to noise, chaos, and overstimulation. Crowded, high-energy spaces can be tough. I know how that feels and I know a lot of others do too, even if they don’t talk about it.

I’ve also seen what true inaccessibility looks like. My son uses a wheelchair, and I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve watched him face barriers, sometimes literal ones, just trying to do what others take for granted.

That’s why my studio is wheelchair accessible, quiet, and carefully laid out. It’s not just inclusive because it should be. It’s inclusive because it has to be. Because I’ve lived that. I see it.

REAL FITNESS FOR REAL LIFE

I understand how our bodies and minds change as we age, the aches, the self-doubt, the knock to confidence.

I’ve had my own setbacks and tough times. And I’ve seen how consistent movement, strength work, and healthy eating can rebuild not just your body, but your entire sense of self.

I don’t believe in fads, quick fixes, or unsustainable programmes. I believe in small, smart changes that add up to better strength, mobility, energy, sleep, and mental health.

I believe in honest, personal coaching. I believe in making people feel seen, supported, and capable. And I believe it’s never too late to take back control of your health.
