Not at all. Most of the people I work with are just starting out or starting again after a long break. The whole point is to help you build confidence, strength, and consistency at your own pace.
That’s totally fine, in fact, this space was made for people who don’t like the typical gym environment. There’s no pressure, no judgement, and no one else using the equipment while you’re here. You’ll be supported every step of the way.
Yes. The studio is fully wheelchair accessible, and everything we do will be tailored to your body, your ability, and your goals. I work with a range of people, different ages, different challenges and always take time to get things right for you.
We start with a relaxed chat to get to know each other, talk through what you’d like to change, and look at any limitations or goals you have. Then, if you’re ready, we do a gentle movement session to see where you’re at and what kind of structure will suit you.
Just wear something comfortable that you can move in and bring a pair of trainers to change in to, no fancy gear needed. A water bottle and a towel are helpful, but if you forget anything, don’t worry.
No. This isn’t a gym membership. You simply book sessions that work for you, I keep it flexible and focused on what fits your life.
